Sealed up front
Submitting produces a hash. Every hour those hashes are batched and anchored to the Bitcoin chain via OpenTimestamps. They can't be edited, and they can't be deleted.
Settled in public
When the window closes, settlement uses the median of Binance, Coinbase and OKX prices. Every raw response is published.
Ranked by skill score
Multiclass Brier score, which punishes overconfidence. A missed question scores the same as a coin flip, so you can't cherry-pick the easy ones.
